But it is  habitable, some double glazed windows, oil central heating, and a conformed septic tank.

Attached on the side is another extension used for the utility room and there is a room above, it would be possible to make the main house bigger with another bedroom.

The garden is all around with very pretty views, and in the rear of the main house, a second longère divided into two, one part is nearly habitable, like a one bedroom bungalow, and the second part can be used as a work shop (it's the same, this building needs a lot of attention and DIY work).

There's the presence of a bread oven in the yard.

To get to the hamlet you drive through a fantastic countryside, forest, hills, prairies, it is so beautiful and only a 10 minute drive from a very nice little town which offers all the services.

 If you like old stones buildings and want to live in a traditional Breton house with some work to personalize it, this property is for you!
